Lead Time/ How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Your order is important to us which is why we work on it at a lightning fast (yet careful and deliberate) pace.  If you are ordering a standard item from our website, it should usually ship within 3 business days as we strive to keep all necessary parts in stock.  Custom orders do not take much longer unless we need to order special parts (and if so we will tell you).  So plan on receiving a shipping confirmation with tracking number in 3 days or less.

Want more detail?  The histogram below shows the time delay from order placed until order shipped (order built, packaged, tested, shipping label created and affixed, order deposited for pickup or set for pickup) for every order (including custom orders) in 2019.  As you see, slightly more than 35% of orders in 2019 shipped same day, 35% in 1 day and 15%  in 2 days.  This means more than 85% of orders shipped in 2 days or less.  If your order will take more than a few days we will email you.  Note that this chart is in actual "days"- not "business days" so orders placed on a Saturday which shipped Monday show a 2 day delay.
